Getting married – Wedding on the Ship – Love is like the wave that rises splashing, who knows whence it floods?

Do you want to get married and start a family? Master of ceremonies Father Reding from the Honora Zen Monastery, will organize the wedding on the ship with you according to your wishes and ideas.

Prayer and Meditation

A ship comes loaded up to the highest board. bears the Son of God full of grace, the Word of the Father forever. The ship moves quietly, carrying a dear burden; the sail is love, the Holy Spirit the mast. The anchor is on earth, the ship is on land. The Word shall become flesh to us, the Son is sent to us.

A little child born in a stable in Bethlehem gives itself up as lost to us; it must be praised. And whoever wants to embrace and kiss this child with joy must first suffer great pain and torture with him. Then die with him and rise again spiritually, to inherit life as happened to him.

Wedding on the Ship

So beat happily, my heart! You hit the source of love, and it hits you. Breathe freely, my spirit! You don't breathe in earthly mist, you breathe ether: God! And sail happily, my ship of life! You don't like storms and waves; Your harbor is, your anchor, even your shipwreck is in God. Love is like the wave that rises with a splash, who knows whence it floods, who knows where it floats.

Who knows if it won't gently rock and take us to the harbour, who knows if it won't engulf our ship as a wave. There a ship blows its sails, freshly blows the wind. The anchor is lifted, the rudder quickly adjusted, now it flies out quickly. A bold waterfowl circles around the mast in greeting, the sun is beating down, many a little fish, bright and cheerful, boldly twirls around the guest. I would have liked to have jumped in, my kingdom is out there! I'm young, so it's all about driving, where to? That doesn't matter to me!
